Felix Eshesimua is the Founder & President of three thriving companies, Insightful Consult, Itoto Global Foundation, and Itoto House Organization. With over ten years of experience developing and growing impactful concepts in the education and business industries, Felix is on a mission to increase the visibility and impact of diversity in leadership.

Felix is a visionary leader who clearly sees the big picture. He is a master at envisioning the end goal and subsequently developing a clear road map to help a business get there. With a knack for coaching and developing high-functioning teams, colleagues turn to Felix for his finance and business expertise.

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Felix is a sales and business development leader. During engagements with Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and Verizon, Felix has secured $4M+ in cumulative revenue. In every sales or business development position, Felix quickly rises to the top, where he consistently wins awards for his unparalleled contributions.

Felix is well-versed in all phases of the customer relationship life cycle, from lead generation and cold calling, through requirement gathering and contract negotiations. Leveraging his finely tuned skills in sales and business development, Felix serves as a management consultant for minority-owned businesses, giving them the tools necessary to build profitable and sustainable businesses.

In 2018, Felix founded Itoto Global Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to uplifting and inspiring the next generation of  youth. Felix also plays an active role as a management consultant for the Miss Ebony World Pageant, an annual pageant dedicated to giving young African women a platform to showcase their beauty, culture, talent, and creativity.

Felix possesses a Master of Business Administration in Management from American Inter continental University and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Gannon University. He is currently studying to obtain a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (EdD) from the City University of Seattle.
